Key policy
Client must provide two ways of entry into home. One may be digital, but we must have a hard copy of a key. If only providing keys, you must provide two hard copies of the keys.

Vaccination policy
All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations.

Payment policy
All invoices must be paid in full before services are scheduled to begin.

Time block policy
Our sitters strive to arrive within the time block that your visit is scheduled in. If there is a special need, such as medication, please indicate that during your meet and greet AND in your pet's profile under your account so that we can arrive accordingly.
